Missions

For this reason, we exist - All that we do is to direct to the all encompassing love of God.  Never needing a payback, always serving with joy, love requires nothing.  The reward itself is to Love.  Thank you Jesus for teaching us how to do this.

"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father in heaven." Matthew 7:21

As a ministry, we are here to do the will of the father as well as proclaim and define the will of the father.
In word and deed we portray the life of Christ. The will of God is plainly spoken in human terms in the sermon on the mount.

He told them, "Let us go on to the nearby villages that I may preach there also. For this purpose have I come." Mark 1:38

Belize

Seven years in the making.  Good News Ministries is working to purchase the property below to create an orphanage for children in Belize.  Our target is October 2008 to open this orphanage.  Brothers and sisters, this is a wonderful opportunity to help make this a reality.

Kenya, Africa

My name is Bernard Kiratu Ngugi.  I come from the central part of the republic of  Kenya, East Africa.  I am a seminarian that is a candidate to the priesthood.  I have completed the seminary training.  I did my spirituality at St. Mary’s Major Seminary and I got promotion to philosophy at St. Augustine Major Seminary affiliated to Urbaniana University in Rome for 3 years.  After graduation with an ecclesiastical degree in philosophy in the year 2000, I  was promoted for Theology at Catholic University of Eastern Africa where I graduated with an ecclesiastical degree in sacred theology.

During my theological period in the seminary I came to know the director of  John Paul II evangelization team Very Rev. Father Richard Quinn. Due to the university workload I did not join the movement until my graduation in 2004.

I become active in the movement where apart from everyday parish evangelization, we have a monthly formation on different issues affecting our faith as the children of the Most High God.

In the beginning of my seminary life during my spirituality period Evangelist Charlie Osburn visited our seminary in Molo in Nakuru Kenya where he gave a talk that burned the spirit of all of us.  I was so thrilled that in my heart I prayed that God could give me another opportunity to meet and to work with Charlie again in the vineyard of the Lord.
